To say that Prestige (now called Adventure Van Rentals) places customer service as their top priority would be an understatement. We recently rented a van for a trip across Nebraska, mind you we are making these plans from Texas so communication with our rental company was key. In finding the right van for us, we ran into a few hiccups along the way but instead of the usual "Sorry, good luck"... we got "Hold on, let's try this". There are 2 types of people, problem causers and problem solvers... the crew at Prestige are certainly the latter. I highly recommend placing Prestige at the top of your list when looking for a rental regardless of the event. Thanks again crew for playing a part in our awesome weekend.
